- Patch to version 1.1.1.0
- Update desktop shortcut to open: "C:\SIERRA\Half-Life\hl.exe" -console
- Place benchmark demo (e.g. mwd5.dem file) in C:\SIERRA\Half-Life\value folder
- Open Half Life and select Console
- Type: timedemo mwd5
- Take the best result out of 3 runs. The first run is always a bit slow. 2 & 3 should be very similar.
