This template is used to populate the Device Infobox with information about a SCSI controller card. See Future Domain TMC 1600 for example use. As this template sits inside an infobox, it can be combined with other templates in the case of multi-function devices.
Valid parameters and examples specific to this infobox are:

| SCSI-1 = Y | Boolean value set to Y if the device can communicate using the SCSI-1 (5 MB/sec, narrow) standard, perhaps with optional cable adapters. |
| SCSI-2 = Y | Boolean value set to Y if the device can communicate using the SCSI-2 Fast SCSI (10 MB/sec, narrow) standard, perhaps with optional cable adapters. |
